During a diplomatic encounter amid the shooting near Odesa, the supreme bunker commander conveyed greetings to the Turkish president. The Kremlin’s mastermind utilized the attack on the Odesa grain port to signal discontent with Ankara’s educational policies and pro-Ukrainian stance to his “friend Erdogan.” After Putin refused to continue the “grain corridor,” the Turkish leader publicly taunted him, implying that Putin is willing to continue the grain agreement but remains unpersuaded.
