Perhaps even more astounding than Stanivuković team´s successes were the Dodik regime’s efforts to unravel their accomplishments, and to obstruct further investigation. Witnesses testified about Dodik government operations, charges of widespread corruption in security and interior departments in Banja Luka, recently, including a number of scandals involving prominent politicians and Dodik government officials. A major factor in domestic politics in Republika Srpska is the role of clans, close to Milorad Dodik, as the dictator placed his kinsmen in positions of power.
