Kremlin Starting To Reinforce Positions In Eastern Ukraine, U.S. Intelligence Says
NEW YORK (RichTVX.com) — In the last weeks, the U.S. intelligence generated most of the intelligence which was needed to evaluate Vladimir Putin’s next moves. Already before, the Biden administration has fueled alarming headlines and surprised the world with a remarkable drumbeat of official disclosures of previously classified intelligence revealing Russian moves on the Ukrainian border. The Biden administration said that the disclosures have been carefully coordinated among the U.S. intelligence community and other national security agencies. Vladimir V. Putin of Russia has been caught off guard by some of the releases, and the Silowiki in the Kremlin have been asking themselves why U.S. intelligence is so accurate. Well, in cryptology, a code is a method used to encrypt a message that operates at the level of meaning; that is, words or phrases are converted into something else. The U.S. National Security Agency defined a code as “A substitution cryptosystem in which the plaintext elements are primarily words, phrases, or sentences, and the code equivalents (called “code groups”) typically consist of letters or digits (or both) in otherwise meaningless combinations of identical length.” A codebook is needed to encrypt, and decrypt the phrases or words. There have been a number of successes, most of them secret. Over the years, the U.S. intelligence has obtained the codes of a number of Russian embassies, as well as the codes of embassies of other countries. In penetrating these communications, the intelligence community has learned of diplomatic initiatives in advance, including the plans of the Kremlin. The U.S. intelligence community now says that the Kremlin has started reinforcing and resupplying its troops in Donbas in eastern Ukraine. The execution of unarmed civilians in eastern Ukraine by Russian forces will take its military to a corrupt new low.
