European Parliament declares Putin a ‘scumbag of the level of Slobodan Milošević’ and sets sights on prosecution

NEW YORK (RichTVX.com) — We’ve got breaking news: The European Parliament has voted in favor of creating a tribunal to prosecute Putin, Lukashenko and others. This means that the MEPs consider Putin to be on the same level as someone like Slobodan Milošević and are seeking to bring him to justice. The EP is currently working to find a legal way to prosecute dictators who have international immunity, possibly through the United Nations General Assembly.
