2. What happens when you visit

Our server records technical data that every browser sends (IP address, date and time, page, browser type) in its log files. We use them only to run and protect the website and delete them after 14 days. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies, and we do not build user profiles. Fonts and site files are served from our own server.

3. PAUL

When you ask PAUL a question or play his briefing, your question text is sent to an AI service provider that processes it on our behalf to create the answer and the voice. We do not store your questions with your identity; to prevent abuse we keep a short-lived counter per IP address in memory.

4. Third-party content

Some pages load content from other services directly in your browser, which then see your IP address: embedded videos (YouTube, operated by Google — playing a video may set its cookies), map tiles (CARTO, Esri), and reference prices on the home page (European Central Bank reference rates via Frankfurter, CoinGecko). New York traffic camera images are fetched through our own server from NYC DOT.

5. Email

If you write to us, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or the California CCPA) you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing and complain to a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal data.
