Michael Komjati was born in 1982 in Eisenstadt, Burgenland, and is a teacher at RGR 15, Auf der Schmelz, Vienna in Austria, and Hannes Pauleschitz was born in 1971 in Draßburg, Austria. He studied guitar and popular music at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna.

Albums like ‘Ois & Nix’ put them on the indie rock map and brought the group wider recognition, thanks in no small part to crossover hit ‘Stoak verbunden,’ which became the feel-good, alt-rock anthem of the new millennium.
